About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join the Asset Management team supporting global business functions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of client reporting – from understanding requirements, designing and implementing reporting solutions, to coordinating delivery and production handover.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the entire client reporting lifecycle – from requirement gathering to delivery.

– Liaise with global stakeholders to understand and implement new reporting requirements.

– Design, document, and automate reporting procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.

– Coordinate across teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant client reporting.

– Identify process improvements and contribute to long-term reporting automation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

– 6-8 years of experience in Client Reporting / Fund Accounting / Asset Management Operations.

– Strong command over Excel and data handling for complex reporting.

– Proven ability to manage reporting processes end-to-end and work under tight deadlines.

– Excellent communication and documentation skills (verbal and written).

– Strong understanding of financial products, fund structures, and performance metrics.

– Experience in automation or process improvement (preferred).

Qualifications:

– Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related disciplines.

Shift Timing:

– 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (India Time)
