– Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
– Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and estimated costs.
– Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance cost efficiency.
– Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
– Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with project costs.
– Inventory Management: Oversee inventory costing and valuation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
– Cost Allocation: Allocate costs to various project components and departments accurately.
– Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
– Training: Provide training and guidance to junior staff on cost accounting practices.
– Stakeholder Communication: Communicate cost-related information effectively to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Qualification
– Engineering+CMA with 10+ Yrs of experience.
