Assistant Manager – Account Payable – CA

Client – A leading multinational company

We are looking for Qualified CA with core experience on AP

Location : Gurgaon, Work from office

– Qualified chartered accountant.

– End-to-End Management of the Accounts Payable Process – Vendor Maintenance, Invoice processing, Payment verification, payment processing.

– Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.

– Handling foreign payments.

– Managing Invoice processing – should have handled a large number of invoices. At least 4000-6000 in a week.

– In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards and industry regulations.

– Responsible for booking and scrutiny of expense GLs in SAP

– Ensure all compliances relating to international payments

– Ensure regular vendor reconciliation and closure of reconciliation points

– Worked on SAP and Advanced Excel

– Oracle Proficiency
