Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Equity Research with strong expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and investment analysis. The role is sector-agnostic and will require working on buy-side as well as sell-side projects (buy-side preferred).
The candidate will be responsible for leading equity research projects, preparing detailed financial reports, and delivering insightful investment recommendations to global clients.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and execute multiple equity research projects.
– Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuations.
– Develop and present investment theses and research reports.
– Collaborate with global stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
– Manage projects independently or lead small teams.
– Work across buy-side and sell-side research projects (buy-side preferred).
Desired Skills & Experience
– 4+ years of relevant experience in equity research and financial modeling.
– Strong expertise in valuation techniques, financial acumen, and investment analysis.
– Proven experience working on global markets (US preferred; UK, Europe, MENA, APAC acceptable).
– Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
– Exposure to macroeconomics and asset classes (preferred, not mandatory).
– Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
