Hiring: Associate (Assistant Manager) – Global Markets – Management Information Reporting/Business Advisory
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 4- 6 years
We’re looking for a dynamic finance professional to join our Global Markets MI team supporting a leading global investment. This role partners with global stakeholders across EMEA, US, and Asia to deliver financial analysis, management reporting, and business insights for the Global Markets division.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and analyse daily, weekly & monthly P&L reports, revenues, and expenses for senior management
– Deliver actionable business insights and trend analysis to support decision- making
– Collaborate with regional CFO/CAO teams on performance reporting and product analysis
– Develop and automate management dashboards (Power BI/VBA/Advanced Excel)
– Conduct UAT testing and support digital transformation initiatives
Mandatory Skills:
– Advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups, macros)
– PowerPoint (executive presentation skills
– Power BI / VBA / automation exposure
– Strong analytical and financial acumen
– Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
Qualifications:
– MBA (Finance) or CA preferred
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Global Markets Finance, MI Reporting, Product Control, or FP&A within investment banking or financial services captives.
