Overview
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors (current & potential)
– Prepare investor materials – quarterly earnings presentations, corporate decks, and annual reports
– Organize and execute investor meetings, conferences, and analyst days
– Strengthen engagement with sell-side analysts and broaden quality coverage
– Track and analyze shareholding patterns periodically
– Coordinate with PR to keep the investor section of the website updated
– Support strategic initiatives including M&A, business development, and corporate strategy
