Overview
Responsibilities:
– To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
– Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
– Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
– They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
– Ability to apply good judgement and support management to balance risk versus business interest whilst ensuring compliance to all relevant policies and standards.
– Able to influence & deliver in a matrix organisation.
– Knowledgeable on aspects of Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Operational Risk Framework (ORF)
– Experience of working in or within a Control type role / team.
– Data driven, able to synthesise recommendations from large and varied sources of data.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
– Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present credibly to senior stakeholders.
– Experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders in different business functions who have different objectives e.g. Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Legal.
– Strong Excel skills including extensive experience in managing large quantities of data, pivots, formulas, Vlookup.
– Data driven, able to synthesise recommendations from large and varied sources of data.
– Knowledgeable on aspects of Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Operational Risk Framework (ORF) with experience of working in or within a Control type role / team.
