One of Conglomerates for its solar business is hiring a Finance Professional with Experience in Treasury
Role – Asst Manager Project Finance
Job Description :
– Assist in the structuring and closing of financing (debt and equity) for solar projects
– Perform research, financial analysis, modelling/review and synthesize work by various functional teams within the solar business
– Assist in the entire fund raise life cycle from – due diligence, close process, pre and post funding support, refinancing
– Coordinating for periodic monitoring of covenants, information and other requirements
– Assist in credit rating for existing and new projects
– Assist with market tracking and research – macro economic developments, competitor strategies
– Liaisoning with Banks/Financials Institutions for ongoing Fund-raising Projects
Candidate Profile :
– CA or MBA with 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury & Fund raising of Mid to Large size organization .
– Prior Experience in infrastructure project finance with banks, renewable energy developers will be added advantage
– Quantitative analytical capabilities – ability to build financial models
– Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
– Ability to work with multiple stake holders with a solution-oriented approach
