Role & Responsibilities:
– Monitoring of modifications to all SEBI rules that have an impact on investors
– Monitoring the RBI’s updates on FEMA and the Foreign Deposit Regulations, as well as those from trade associations like FEDAI and FIMDA
– Monitoring the GIFT IFSC regulatory environment
– Monitoring exchanges, clearing corporations, CCIL, and other entities for updates and modifications
– A thorough examination of the regulatory modifications and their effects on different clientele kinds.
– Creating client- focused market watches after considering the implications. These market watches will provide a detailed explanation of the change, its effects on clients, implementation procedures, and the necessary actions for each client group.
– This would also entail looking into how the competition is responding to the changes and, if applicable, informing clients about any changing market practices.
