Assistant Vice President/Vice President – Compliance – AIF Category 3 – Investment Advisory Firm

This is regarding opening with a leading Investment Advisory Firm as an AVP/VP- Compliance category 3

Designation: AVP/VP- Compliance category III

Experience: 6 to 15 years of work experience in Compliances, Operations and Accounts of AIF 3 and the Investment

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

Job Role:

Finance & Accounts (Indian Entity):

– Manage accounts, billing, audit, invoices, taxes, salary processing, banking, and treasury operations with support from external vendors.

– Prior exposure to transfer pricing and POEM (Place of Effective Management) will be an added advantage.

Compliance & Governance (Indian Entity):

– Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances, board resolutions, and audits in coordination with external vendors.

AIF (Category III) Management:

– Oversee all regulatory compliances and audits of AIF III.

– Liaise with administrators for subscriptions, redemptions, and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth functioning of AIF III.

Investment Advisory (RIA):

– Ensure compliance of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) entity with support from external vendors.

AIF III Operations:

– Perform shadow accounting and reconciliation of NAVs.

– Manage trades and oversee the entire trade cycle of AIF III with support from administrators/external vendors (noting that trading activity is limited).

– Coordinate with administrators for processing subscriptions and redemptions
