Overview
Job Description:
– Identify and build relationships with domestic and international investors including PE funds, NBFCs, HNIs, AIFs, Family Offices, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
– Structure and execute fund-raising transactions for real estate developers and asset owners
– Advise on M&A, project-level investments, joint development agreements (JDAs), and RE asset sales.
– Conduct feasibility analysis, valuation assessments, and deal structuring.
– Prepare investor presentations, IM (Information Memorandums) and financial models
– Liaise with legal, tax, and technical advisors to enable smooth deal closure
– Collaborate with internal teams, developers, IPCs, and institutional partners.
– Present to senior management, investment committees, and boards
Key skills and experience:
– 5-12 years of experience in Real Estate Fund Raising, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
– Exposure to real estate deal cycles, capital structuring, and financial modeling.
– Strong network across investors, developers, and financial institutions.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in financial modeling and deal documentation.
– Experience working with IPCs, PE funds, NBFCs, or real estate developers
Educational Qualification:
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
