ECM IB experience is a MUST
– The role is with a Global Investment Bank, which has an India focused fund setup based out of Mumbai.
– The fund focuses equally on public and private investments and is currently on their 2nd cycle.
– They are looking to hire an Associate Director/Director to be a part of this fund and be a part of the investments team.
Your core role would include and but not limited to :
– Generating investment ideas in private/public companies
– Generating investment ideas in private/public companies
– Helping private portfolio companies go public
– Work out investments in companies going public by investing in pre-IPOs (the fund does not invest in secondaries)
