Overview
– 5+ years of experience in the Industrials sector either in Commercial Due-diligence (CDD), Strategy Consulting or front-end IB is a MUST
– Tier 1 MBA Degree (IIM A, B, C, L, I, K, FMS, ISB, XLRI) is a MUST
– Preference for candidates based out of Mumbai
1. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
– Develop and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives.
– Understand clients’ strategic goals and offer tailored financial solutions.
– Pitch investment opportunities, capital structure advice, and market insights.
2. Deal Execution
– Lead or support the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closings.
– Work closely with legal, tax, and other advisors during due diligence.
3. Financial Analysis and Valuation
– Build detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, trading comps, precedent transactions).
– Conduct company, sector, and market analysis to support deal recommendations.
4. Pitch Book and Presentation Development
– Prepare presentations and pitch books for client meetings.
– Summarize complex financial information in a compelling and client-friendly format.
5. Market & Industry Research
– Monitor trends in capital markets, sectors, and global economies.
– Analyze competitors and identify strategic opportunities for clients.
