Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure there is no backlog; oversee financial reporting, invoicing, payroll, and compliance with financial laws and guidelines

– Advise and implement management accounting formats and adopt technologies for automation and efficiency

– Ensure timely statutory and tax compliances, including multi-state GST, and maintain high standards of governance and internal controls

– Analyze and advise on corporate finance policies related to capital requirements, debt, equity, taxation, disposals, and acquisitions

– Prepare detailed MIS and financial performance reports; oversee budgeting, cash flow, credit control, and treasury functions

– Establish strong working relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, customers, and service providers

– Update and implement financial control policies and oversee all audit and internal control operations

– Lead and mentor the finance team; identify and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

– Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience

– Experience working in an exhibition company with strong exposure to financial planning and finance business partnering OR Experience with IPO processes or IPO- readiness in any sector

– A commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful, and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
