– Minimum 9 years of front-end IB experience in Infrastructure sector is mandatory
– Deal Execution: Lead execution of M&A, project finance, and capital raising transactions in infrastructure sectors such as transport, energy, utilities, and digital infrastructure.
– Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, infrastructure funds, and government entities; contribute to client pitches and strategic advisory.
– Financial Analysis & Modeling: Oversee the development and review of complex financial models, valuations, and investment analyses to support transaction structuring and decision-making.
– Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior bankers (analysts and associates), ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering skill development within the team.
– Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives, including expanding sector coverage, geographic reach, and product offerings.
