Hiring: We have opening in BDO India for Associate/Sr. Associate in Fixed Assets Management and Accounting. Please do apply if you are fulfilling the below requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Relevant experience in fixed asset accounting covering different geographies with good accountings.
Sound knowledge of Schedule II of Companies Act, 2013
Check for completeness and accuracy of fixed assets by timely capitalization and asset retirement,
Month-end closing activities such as accounting, reconciliations, journal entries and adjustments.
Performing monthly close R2R process activities including accruals and amortization.
Variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L and BS movements Ensures the accurate tracking of existing fixed assets and implements and monitors the periodic physical verification review process.
Capitalization based on Work completion certificates
Tracking of assets under progress till capitalization
Implementation of Fixed asset tool
Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets
Monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording & disposal of fixed assets and create new procedures, wherever required.
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets as per IGAAP and assist in solving auditor’s queries.
Preparing MIS and dashboard for Management presentation.
Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines and data submission for tax audits
