About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee multiple branches within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of 8-10 members, ensuring business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all assigned branches.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches within the assigned city.
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 members, driving performance and accountability.
– Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes.
– Monitor branch performance through KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
– Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across branches.
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and retention.
– Coordinate with senior management to align branch operations with organizational goals.
– Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
– Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
– Proven experience in branch/area management or similar leadership roles.
– Proven experience managing multiple branches or business units within a city.
– Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate 8-10 members.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive consistent results.
– Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred
