Overview

Responsibilities:

1. Group Company Accounting & Financial Oversight:

– Oversee and manage accounting for Bulk MRO and its group companies, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

– Implement financial strategies and policies to maintain fiscal health and sustainability across entities.

– Ensure timely account finalization for the group.

2. Audit Coordination & Closure:

– Coordinate and close audits for all group companies efficiently and within prescribed timelines.

– Liaise with auditors to ensure audit compliance and process optimization.

– Maintain up-to-date records to facilitate smooth audit processes.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

– Income Tax Management: Handle Income Tax notices, tax assessments, and returns filing.

– GST Compliance: Ensure timely GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance with applicable regulations.

– US Taxation: Basic knowledge of US tax laws will be an added advantage.

– Ensure adherence to TDS, TCS, ROC compliance, and other regulatory requirements.

4. Banking & Financial Management:

– Manage and oversee banking relationships and financial transactions for the group.

– Monitor cash flow, loans, and working capital management across multiple entities.

5. Strategic Financial Leadership & Business Growth Support:

– Oversee end-to-end financial management, drive process improvements, and support business growth initiatives.

– Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.

– Ensure financial systems and processes align with the company’s long-term goals.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination:

– Lead and mentor a team of 15 accounting and finance professionals.

– Collaborate with other departments and professionals for smooth financial operations.

6. MIS & Financial Reporting:

– Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.

– Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of experience.

– Experience handling group company accounts and audits.

– Prior experience with a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.

– Proficiency in Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and financial statement preparation.

– Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

– Knowledge of US tax laws is a plus.
