Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis of financial statements and providing insights to senior management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Financial Modeling: Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Variance Analysis: Monitoring and explaining variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets.
Management Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting financial performance and trends.
Business Partnering: Collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Undertaking special projects and analysis as required by management.

Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques; experience with ERP systems a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
