Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who can handle end-to-end finance operations.

The role involves managing accounting activities, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial planning while supporting business growth through data-driven insights and financial discipline.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Maintain complete books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

– Prepare accurate monthly and yearly financial statements as per statutory and audit requirements.

– Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other government filings.

– Monitor and manage cash flow, vendor payments, and expense controls.

– Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports.

– Support statutory and internal audits by coordinating with auditors and consultants.

– Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.

– Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.

Role Requirements:

– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

– Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

– Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems and other tools.

– Excellent Excel and analytical skills to manage reports and data.

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Work Schedule: Monday Friday.

Salary: As per industry standards.
