2. Collaborate with the founders to understand the organization’s history, values and ongoing projects.
Investment and wealth strategy:-
1. Guide investment strategies in line with the client goals and the firm’s objectives.
2. Collaborate with financial advisors, investment managers and legal professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
Ideal Candidate will have:
1. 15+ years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, private banking or family office leadership.
2. Leadership: Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive growth, manage complex relationships and lead diverse teams.
3. Relationship management: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a history of working closely with founders, CEOs and UHNI clients.
4. Education: Advanced degree in finance, business or a related field preferred.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter with a proactive approach to opportunities and challenges.
6. Integrity, trust and discretion: High ethical standards and the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and trust.
