Job Description:
Chartered Accountant:
– Chartered Accountant is mandatory
Financial Planning and Analysis:
– Tracking cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
– Analyzing the companys financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
Strategic Leadership:
– Acting as a strategic partner to the Directors and Helping shape the companys overall strategy and direction.
– Treasury and Bank Relations is very important
Risk Management:
– Managing financial risks, including those related to cash, capital, and resource deployment.
– Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Financial Reporting:
– Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports.
– Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Investment Decisions:
– Making major investment and financing decisions.
Stakeholder Communication:
– Communicating with investors and the board of directors.
– Building credibility for the strategic direction.
Team Leadership:
– Leading and developing the finance team.
– Promoting good financial practices across organization.
Vendors Management:
– Vendors selection & negotiation, relationship management, risk management, procurement & compliance, cost management and Communication & Coordination.
