Overview
Strategic Financial Leadership:
– Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
– Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive operational efficiencies and align financial goals with business objectives.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence short-term and long-term decision-making.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support growth and profitability targets.
– Create and present detailed financial analysis to the executive team and board to inform strategic planning.
– Monitor key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, LTV:CAC ratio, NRR) to optimize the financial health and performance of the business .
Capital Structure & Fundraising:
– Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
– Lead fundraising efforts, as needed, including Series A/B/C rounds, venture debt, and other financing opportunities
– CA/MBA with 12+ years of experience
– Candidate must have raised funds from the US market
