Overview
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer for a scaled up Series D startup, responsible for driving financial discipline, capital strategy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and metrics-driven performance monitoring.
– Drive capital efficiency, cash flow optimization, and scenario planning in a fast-moving environment.
– Build scalable systems and controls to support rapid growth, multi-entity operations, and internal audits.
– Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
– Establish and manage key financial KPIs and business dashboards.
– Attract, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team that balances execution and innovation.
Key Requirements:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)
– 8-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
– Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
– Experience in working with startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
