Overview
– We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative CIO & Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team.
– The role primarily focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, pricing analysis, and contract invoice operations within a global supply chain environment.
– You will play a critical role in supporting order delivery processes, stakeholder communication, pricing controls, and ensuring operational excellence across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end OTC cycle to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
– Collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer Service, and Market teams to meet delivery -commitments.
– Monitor order flows and resolve issues to ensure seamless order execution.
– Manage and validate pricing elements and ensure accuracy in contracts and invoices.
– Perform pricing analysis to support customer billing accuracy and profitability.
– Maintain and process pricing data in SAP and other internal systems.
– Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external customers.
– Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with global stakeholders.
– Partner with supply chain teams and market contacts to proactively resolve issues and drive process improvements.
– Generate and analyze reports to track order status, pricing accuracy, and other key metrics.
– Support decision-making through data-driven insights.
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
– Experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or Supply Chain Operations.
– Working knowledge of SAP – Order to Cash (OTC) modules.
– Experience with Pricing & Contract Invoice Operations (STC processes).
– Prior experience working in a shared service or global supply chain environment
