Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to oversee the operations and growth of 812 branches.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, expanding the client base, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

– Branch Management: Lead day-to-day operations, compliance, audits, and adherence to regulatory guidelines across all branches in your cluster.

– Business Development: Drive growth of key banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and shares.

– Client Acquisition: Design and execute innovative strategies to acquire new clients and increase sales penetration.

– Customer Relations: Ensure high standards of customer service, timely execution of instructions, and overall client satisfaction.

– Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influential stakeholders in corporates, institutions, and communities to expand business opportunities.

– Sales & Revenue: Own sales strategy and revenue targets for your cluster, ensuring consistent achievement and growth.

– Leadership: Provide direction, coaching, and motivation to branch teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity.

Your Background

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Experience:

– 10+ years of experience in the liabilities sector.

– Minimum 3-4 years in a Cluster Head / Cluster Branch Manager leadership role.

Skills & Competencies:

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– In-depth knowledge of banking operations, retail assets, and liability products.

– Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

– Confidence in decision-making and team leadership.

– Proficiency in market research, data interpretation, and information analysis
