Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Collection Head for our Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP) product. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in collections management, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive collections strategies in the microfinance space. This role requires managing a team, developing and executing collection strategies, and ensuring the achievement of collection targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement collection strategies for the Micro LAP product portfolio to achieve business goals, optimize collections, and minimize delinquencies.
– Analyze collection trends and create action plans to improve recovery performance.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs for the team to track and improve their performance.
– Oversee the entire Micro LAP portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue loans and minimizing risk exposure.
– Collaborate with credit, risk, and sales teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and collections.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management, legal and operations team.
