Position- Manager Commercial
Job Location – Bangalore
CTC- Upto 24 LPA
Qualification – MBA Finance
We are looking for someone having experience in Commercial, Trade Finance. Contract Management, Treasury, FEMA and good exposure of International Business (IB).
Responsibilities –
Assure the fulfilment of ORM-Directive, Compliance and any other internal rules and laws in all business.
– Be actively and early involved in sales & quotation activities
– Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders.
Requirements of training and work experience:
– Master’s degree in business / economics / finance / law or similar education
– Minimum 8-15 years’ Experience in Commercial, Foreign Trade Transactions, FEMA /Trade Finance function / Project Finance function / Commercial Management function with international and Cross-Trade Export experience
Tools: Microsoft Office, SAP
Main internal Interfaces:
– Internal business partners: Regional Sales representatives (Middle East and Africa), Quotation Teams, Supply Chain Management, Project Managers, Project Controller, Corporate Treasury in Switzerland, Financial Services in Switzerland, Head of Commercial departments in the Region, Department Heads & Finance Managers of the Middle East Africa and India Region
– External business partners: Customers, Banks, ECAs (Export Credit Agencies), Agents, Tax advisors
Specialist skills:
– Deep understanding of relevant contract law, finance and commercial aspects as well as FEMA, international contract management
– Creating, interpreting and applying contracts in an autonomous way in negotiations with customers based on Company standards.
– Good English communication skills – oral and written.
