Job Description:

– Preparation of Balance sheet & profit and loss account for Housing Finance companies on monthly basis. (on Standalone and Consolidated basis).

– Preparation of Cash flow statement as per LODR requirement.

– Accounting for Deferred Taxes and Income tax.

– Meeting LODR requirement for quarterly results.

– Preparation of various NHB (Regulatory) returns on respective due dates for onward filing

– Calculation of ECL Provisioning using ECL model and related accounting

– Loan Book (AUM) preparation month on month including various cuts for Regulatory reporting

– Providing Inputs for preparation of Audit committee decks and Board Meeting PPT to FPM team

– Providing inputs for various Automations projects

– Co-ordination with various accounting groups & department

– Supporting month end process

– Preparation of projected financials including inputs for Budgeting

– Preparation of MIS and reports for management

– Coordinating with Internal Auditors, External Auditors

– Independently leading a team while meeting deadlines

Note – Ideal Candidates Should be Chartered Accountant with 3-6 Yrs of Experience
