Designation: Credit Analyst – Infra/Real Estate
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5- 8 years
Role & Responsibilities:
– Creating credit appraisal notes for clients in the infrastructure sector.
– Conducting preliminary screening of commercial real estate financing transactions and structuring.
– Talk about terms and conditions for risk assessments with the business.
– Have conversations with clients to gather data for CRAN preparation.
– Keep an eye on the accounts in accordance with the Sanctioning Authority’s guidelines.
– Create monitoring reports for the portfolio on a monthly or quarterly basis.
– If there are non- compliances, escalate with an action plan.
– Make inspection reports after visiting the units.
– Oversee and resolve any risk assessment- related escalations.
– Working with an internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to provide customers with timely and coordinated solutions
– Due diligence and credit analysis. Making preliminary suggestions and assessing borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk by creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN).
– Submitting the proposal to the appropriate authorities for sanctioning.
– Creating review and renewal credit reports for the purpose of reviewing the limits and evaluating them for credit alerts
