Deloitte is looking for Finance professionals with Financial Due-Diligence and / or audit experience to be a part of Share Purchase Agreement Advisory (SPA) team, to advise clients on purchase price mechanics and contractual solutions from an accounting perspective, in Mumbai and Gurugram with the below skillsets:

KEY REQUIREMENT(S) –

Working knowledge of the M&A deal process in general and in particular, experience / working knowledge of financial due diligence.
