Position: DGM – Finance

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to join our Digital business unit. This role will partner closely with business leaders and global teams, contributing to financial strategy, compliance and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
– Drive financial planning and control for software product development initiatives.
– Manage costing, licensing models and accounting for R&D, ideation and proof-of-concepts.
– Oversee financial operations across the US, Middle East and India regions.
– Handle treasury operations including cash flow management, trade finance, bank guarantees and letters of credit.
– Build and manage credit lines while optimizing working capital.
– Support pricing models for product licenses, long-term service contracts, AMC and project consulting.
What We’re Looking For
– Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of relevant industry experience in IT / Digital Energy/Digital Industry
OR
MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School) with 8-12 years of similar experience.
– Hands-on exposure to global finance operations across multiple geographies
– Proven experience in software services, product pricing and financial governance.
– Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate as a peer with other functional and regional leaders.
– Energetic, ambitious professional eager to grow alongside a fast-evolving BU.
