Overview
Native has been mandated to hire a DGM / GM – Accounts for a reputed, listed infrastructure platform based in Mumbai. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving consolidation, financial reporting, and audit governance across a pan-India portfolio of operational infrastructure assets structured under an InvIT model.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the preparation of standalone and consolidated financials under Ind AS
– Ensure SOP adherence and financial reporting consistency across SPVs
– Drive statutory audit closure and maintain audit-ready documentation
– Monitor compliance with financial covenants under concession and loan agreements
– Report directly to the Finance Controller
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of experience in finance & accounts
– Strong expertise in Ind AS, consolidation, and statutory audit closure
– Exposure to SPV-heavy structures, InvITs, or asset-intensive businesses
– Hands-on experience in SOP implementation, compliance, and governance
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
