Overview
– We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Manager – Client Reporting to oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of high-quality reporting for our clients.
– The candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting, drive process enhancements, and foster client satisfaction while managing and mentoring a dedicated reporting team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of client reports, including financial statements, performance summaries, and portfolio analyses.
– Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS 102, and other relevant accounting standards.
– Develop and implement reporting frameworks to meet client-specific and regulatory requirements.
– Monitor and enhance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in reporting.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data and insights into reporting deliverables.
– Address client queries and provide detailed explanations of financial statements and reports.
– Prepare Board packs and other key presentations for stakeholders.
– Lead the development and delivery of training to the reporting team to ensure adherence to best practices.
– Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting accuracy.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Qualified CA/ACCA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
– Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, accounting for SMEs, and multi-jurisdictional rules.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
– Proven experience in managing and mentoring a reporting or financial team (minimum 3 years).
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to explain complex financial data.
– Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
