Job Title: Equity HNI Dealer (PCG)
Job Role :
– Execute equity orders efficiently and seamlessly between Sales Traders and the execution desk for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
– Maintain an in-depth understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and evolving market trends.
– Handle large equity orders, block trades, and structured products, ensuring minimal market impact and optimal execution costs.
– Provide real-time market insights and timely updates to Sales Traders for efficient trade execution.
– Collaborate with HNI clients, ensuring their investment objectives and trading preferences are well-understood and met.
– Utilize advanced trading platforms and technology to ensure accurate, fast, and cost-effective trade execution.
– Perform post-market research, collaborating with teams to refine strategies, improve execution efficiency, and enhance overall client experience.
– Monitor HNI portfolio performance and provide market insights and recommendations tailored to client needs.
Qualifications :
– MBA / CA / CFA with 3-5 years of experience in equity dealing, preferably with exposure to HNI or institutional clients.
– Strong proficiency in equity markets, trading platforms, and algorithmic trading strategies.
– In-depth understanding of risk management, trading cost analysis, and market liquidity.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work under high pressure and manage large, complex trades.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with HNI clients.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
