Equity Solutions Analyst / Associate
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 2 4 years
We are seeking a dynamic Analyst / Associate to join our Asia Ex-Japan (AeJ) Equity Solutions Sales & Structuring team in Powai. This role offers exposure to structured equity-linked financing and derivative solutions, working alongside global trading, sales, and investment banking teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support senior bankers in origination and ideation of client opportunities.
– Prepare presentation materials for client pitches and internal discussions.
– Assist in transaction analysis, including liaising with legal, risk, and operations teams.
– Lead preparation of internal approval materials for transaction evaluation.
– Monitor ongoing positions and ensure full compliance with internal and external policies.
Mandatory Skills:
– Strong understanding of Fixed Income & Equity markets.
– Proficiency in fundamental, technical, and credit analysis of companies.
– Knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods, and pricing models.
– Familiarity with derivatives (a strong plus).
– Excellent communication and analytical skills.
– Creative problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Experience & Qualifications:
– 24 years of experience, preferably in product teams at global or regional investment banks.
– Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering from a Tier 1 college, or CA / MBA.
