2. **Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):** While beginners are welcome, some experience in FP&A is preferred.

3. **Financial Accountancy:** A good understanding of financial accounting and reporting.

4. **Effective Communication:** Good verbal and written communication skills are crucial for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

5. **Banking Industry Knowledge:** Basic familiarity with banking operations and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

– B.Com degree
