Finance Controller – Must have Listed Company Exp
The Finance Controller will oversee financial reporting, Finance and accounting, compliance, risk management, and strategic planning for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings (SEBI, stock exchanges, tax authorities).
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management.
– Manage investor relations, financial strategy, and corporate governance.
– Optimize fund management, working capital, and internal controls.
– Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
– CA/MBA (Finance) with 15+ years in controllership preferably in a listed company.
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and risk management.
– Experience in investor relations, treasury, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
– Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
