Finance Controller
Job Description:
– Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and payroll.
– Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
– Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
– Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
– Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
– Conduct risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
– Liaise with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
– Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
– Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
– Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
