About the Role:
Position: Finance Controller
Experience: 5- 7 years
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days)
Shift: US Time Zone (3 PM – 12 AM IST)
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in controllership, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience in NetSuite ERP and the ability to work seamlessly in a global setup supporting US operations.
Requirements:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
– Hands- on experience in NetSuite ERP (mandatory).
– Strong background in controllership and financial reporting.
– Excellent analytical and communication abilities
– Comfortable in working in US Shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
– Lead month- end closings, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
– Oversee and optimize processes in NetSuite ERP.
– Ensure internal controls, audits, and statutory compliance.
– Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision
