Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
– Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
– Implementing and maintaining internal controls.
– Lead the finance function and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
– Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Qualification and requirements:
– CA qualification with 8+ years experience
– Experience leading finance functions in Manufacturing setups
– Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally ERP
