Overview
Job Description:
– Prepare management reports (MIS) with insights on business performance, store-wise profitability, and key financial KPIs.
– Ensure strong internal controls, SOPs, and adherence to statutory and tax compliances (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
– Manage working capital, banking relationships, and short/long-term funding requirements.
– Partner with supply chain and retail operations teams for efficient inventory management and shrinkage control.
– Act as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy, business growth, and profitability.
– Qualified CA / MBA Finance with 12+ years of experience, preferably in fashion retail
– Strong understanding of retail finance including store P&L, inventory, discounting, and sales analytics.
– Proven track record of partnering with CXOs and influencing decision-making.
– Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and BI tools.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong stakeholder management.
