Job Description for Capex Controller
– Responsible for assisting team in finalization of the Capex Budget to Business Team
– Assisting the Business team for Capex approvals based on the financials feasibility of the project/IRR for the project.
– Controlling the budget uploaded in system
– Uploading/Release of Budget in SAP & any modification in the system with proper approval.
– Ensuring all the capex cost are booked in proper head & system.
– Preparation of monthly MIS on the Project wise Capex Utilised against budget and with highlighting any variance.
– Highlighting the budget overrun to the management and to assisting business team for preparing note for approval for any additional budget.
– Assistance in preparation of Cost to complete.
– Coordinating with the business team- Project, Engineering & SCM for the total project quantities /ordered and balance to be ordered while calculating the CTC.
– Timely booking and reporting of the capex in SAP.
Skills/Exp
Chartered Accountant, 1st Attempt.
Experience – 3 years
