Overview

Main Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reports:


– Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)

– Create budgets and forecasts

– Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements

Cash & Fund Management:

– Handle daily cash flow and monitor bank accounts

– Raise loans from banks and negotiate terms

– Manage financial risks (currency, interest rates, etc.)

Accounting & Compliance:

– Supervise all financial transactions and accounts

– Ensure accounting follows international rules (IFRS)

– Handle audits and tax filings on time

Team Leadership:

– Build and guide the finance team

– Set goals and review team performance

Strategic Partnering:

– Work with top management to give financial advice for business decisions

– Evaluate new projects from a financial point of view


What Theyre Looking For:

– Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance

– 7+ years of experience in finance roles, 3+ years in a leadership/Financial Controller role

– Experience with raising loans, handling multiple currencies, and working across countries

– Strong knowledge of accounting systems (like SAP, Tally) and Excel

– Leadership skills, strong communication, and attention to detail
