Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to lead our finance operations in Zimbabwe. Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all financial planning, reporting, and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
– Manage treasury, cash flow, and debt fundraising from banks & institutions
– Ensure strong compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations
– Oversee all accounting operations – AP/AR, payroll, audits, internal controls
– Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
– Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth
Who Should Apply?
– Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA in Finance
– 7-15 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
– Hands-on experience in fundraising, treasury, and financial strategy
– Strong command over IFRS, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle), and Excel
– Exposure to multi-currency environments and African market experience is a plus
