Key Responsibilities
– Financial Management & Reporting – Own end-to-end financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across geographies.
– Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
– Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and global tax regulations.
– Costing & Manufacturing Finance Implement robust cost accounting systems for electronic manufacturing operations.
– Track and analyze BOM costs, production variances, and inventory valuations.
– Partner with operations and supply chain to drive margin optimization.
– Planning & Analysis Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes; deliver actionable insights to leadership.
– Monitor KPIs such as gross margin, cash flow, and working capital efficiency.
– Provide strategic financial analysis to support global expansion initiatives.
– Controls & Compliance Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit readiness.
– Partner with external auditors and regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
– Ensure compliance with GST, direct taxes, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
– Leadership & Business Partnering Manage and mentor a small, high-performing finance team.
– Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
– Collaborate with business units across geographies to align financial decisions with strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
– Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institute.
– 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial control, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
– Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance.
– Exposure to international operations, cross-border compliance, and e-commerce finance.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred).
– Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
