Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

– Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

– Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to internal and external stakeholders.

– Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits and provide required documentation and explanations.

Controllership:

– Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring adherence to internal controls and corporate policies.

– Lead the development and implementation of effective financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Project Accounting (CAPEX):

– Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) accounting for multiple global projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project costs.

– Monitor project budgets, forecast expenditures, and highlight variances to stakeholders.

– Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial alignment with business goals.

Auditing:

– Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate financial data and maintaining comprehensive audit trails.

– Evaluate existing financial processes and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.

MAP (Management Accounting Practices):

– Apply management accounting principles to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

– Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and operational efficiency.

Global Collaboration:

– Work closely with cross-functional teams and global subsidiaries to ensure consistency in financial practices and reporting.

– Liaise with international stakeholders to address financial reporting needs and compliance requirements.
