Systems and Processes Alignment:

– Lead efforts to harmonize financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

– Oversee the migration of financial data into company systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

– Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance and Controls:

– Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls during integration.

– Identify and address potential compliance risks early in the merger process.

Change Management:

– Act as a key liaison between finance teams of the both entities.

– Drive communication efforts to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

– Provide training and support to finance teams to adapt to new systems and processes.

Project Management:

– Report on progress and challenges to senior leadership, recommending corrective actions as needed.

– Develop metrics to monitor performance during and after integration.
