Overview

Group Level Finance:

– Maintain books of accounts, publish financial statements, and management reports for multiple entities.

– Track and report cashflows to ensure fund adequacy across all entities.

– Implement and monitor internal controls, table of authority, and compliance systems.

– Prepare business plans and annual budgets; ensure budgetary control and variance analysis.

– Finalize accounts, complete audits, and ensure timely statutory filings.

– Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct periodic verifications.

– Support compliance and governance for existing and future entities under the group.

Investment Office:

– Record investment transactions and manage operational and investment cashflows.

– Build and maintain MIS dashboards for reporting to senior management.

– Safeguard investment records, share certificates, and related documents.

– Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors for all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Foundation (Philanthropic Arm):

– Manage finances to achieve programmatic and organizational goals.

– Support fundraising efforts through data, reports, and donor presentations.

– Assist with compliance and reporting for Social Stock Exchange listing.

– Monitor budgets, cashflows, and financial MIS.

– Establish transparent governance and reporting frameworks.

– Social Enterprise (Mental Health & Wellbeing)

– Lead financial accounting, planning, and compliance.

– Prepare financial models and business plans for investor presentations.

– Manage regulatory requirements and financial reporting.

– Partner with the leadership team to drive commercial growth and financial sustainability.
