General Manager – Finance
Responsibilities:
– Looking after complete Accounting, on Standalone basis. Financial statements review, INDAS and consolidation, Taxation etc.
– Audit on standalone basis and monitoring the audit progress of group companies. Managing Big-4 auditors.
– Get into the discussion with Global team including the head quarter team whenever required. Apprise them on the impact of Indian regulations whenever required.
– Ensuring the Accounting and MIS activities are running smoothly on PAN India basis.
– Balance Sheet Control and Monitoring on a regular basis. Measures to be taken to strengthen the Balance Sheet.
– CA with 15+ Years of experience in a Manufacturing setup
